1974 Joined the Shan State Army. Worked at the Information Department under the direction of Chao Tzang Yawnghwe. |

1978 Published Shan language magazine “Lerd Harn Nawng Khong” [Brave Blood Floods the Salween ] |

Sai Hseng Zeun passed away at 09:45 today, 15 September 2011. He is survived by his wife Nang Lawn Yeun and three children (2 sons and 1 daughter)
