All Shan Leaders.
I am one of the Kachin living in LA. Actually my father was Shan. My mother was Kachin.I born in Bhamo, Kachin state.
I warn all intelligent leaders not to be fooled by the government. Kachin was fooled already.That is the main reason KIO doesn't want to sign cease-fire without political dialogue. I urge all the ethnic leaders say to the government with the same voice to get a new Panlong agreement to get a true federal union. Daw Aung San Suu Kyi already talk about it. Cease-fire is not enough. Kachin wants political resolution based on Panlong agreement. Burmese government brag to Chinese government in Chinese"Burma army destroy Kokang in 3 day, will detroy Kachin in 10 day". Now, army is trying ethnic cleanse Kachin. Who will be next after Kachin. I sent a letter to Daw Aung San Suu Kyi in advance (she will go to London, June 21) and a fews to world leaders.
Be intelligent. We have to have the same voice. We have the power only within. We have to be united to deter common enemy.
